Operation
Do not install or operate the product under water.
Make sure the cable hangs loosely and is not overly
tensioned. Failure to heed this warning may cause the
cable to tear.
Do not connect the product to the power supply while
it is still in the packaging. Lay the product out entirely
before connecting it to the power supply.
Do not hang any objects from the product and do not
cover the product.
Disconnect the product from the mains power outlet if
any of the LEDs are not working properly.
The LEDs are not dimmable.
1. Lay the product out entirely and arrange the cables so that
they lie freely and are not tangled.
2. Attach the product to a suitable mounting site (e.g. on a
piece of furniture). Where necessary use plastic cable ties to
secure the product.
3. Connect the plug of the power cable to the socket on the
transformer. It is only possible to connect in one way. Secure
the connection by turning the plug’s screw cap onto the
transformer’s thread.
4. Connect the transformer to a power outlet.
5. Disconnect the transformer from the power outlet for
extended periods of disuse.
The product has no power switch and is always on as long as
it is connected to the power supply.
Replacing the broken bulbs
The product is supplied with 3 pcs spare bulbs for item no.
1762807 (5 pcs for item no. 1762808). If any of the LED bulbs
is broken, replace with the supplied spare bulb.
1. First disconnect the product from the power supply.
2. Unplug the broken bulb from the bulb holder and insert a
new one. It is only possible to insert in one way. Ensure the
bulb is securely inserted in the bulb holder.
Care and cleaning
The product is maintenance-free apart from occasional
cleaning.
Disconnect the transformer from the power supply before
cleaning and allow the LEDs to cool down suciently.
To clean, use a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt,
slightly dampen the cloth with water.
Allow the product to dry completely before continued use.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be
placed in household waste. At the end of its service life,
dispose of the product in accordance with applicable
regulatory guidelines.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute
to the protection of the environment.
