You must be connected to the Internet to install and run the Polaroid Instant Memories
software.
1) Insert the installation CD into your CD-ROM drive.
The Polaroid Instant Memories Installer window appears.
WINDOWS OS: If the window does not appear, open the application’s CD/DVD drive
(AutoPlay window) and click on “runsetup.exe” to launch the installer.
MAC OS: If the window does not appear, click the icon that appears on the desktop to install
the Polaroid Instant Memories.
2) If you do not have Internet access at the time of inserting the CD-ROM, connect to the
Internet and then click the “Install Polaroid Instant Memories” button to begin the installation.
NOTE: If you do not have Internet access, you can still download media from the camera.
Click the “How to transfer photos and videos from my camera to my computer” button for
instructions.
3) If you have Internet access, the “Choose your language” window opens, choose your
language and click “Next” to open the next window.
4) Select your camera model from the list and click “Next” to open the next window.
5) Click “Next” to confirm your camera model selection and to install the application.
6) Please wait while the application is being installed on your computer.
7) Please review the license terms.
On WINDOWS OS and MAC OS: Click the “I accept the terms of the License Agreement”
and then click “Next” to continue.
8) WINDOWS OS only: Let the “Polaroid Instant Memories” installer create the folder to where
the program will be installed, and then click “Install”.
9) Please wait while the application continues the installation process on your computer.
MAC OS: If needed, please follow instructions to install the Adobe® Flash® Player.
10) WINDOWS OS: Click the “Close” button when the installation is complete, and then click the
“Launch Polaroid Instant Memories” to open the application.
MAC OS: Click the “Quit” button when the installation is complete.
Click the “Launch Polaroid Instant Memories” to open the application.
11) If you close the application you can run the Polaroid Instant Memories from the Programs
(PC) or Application (Mac) menu on your computer or double click the Polaroid Instant
Memories desktop icon.
