A Quick Look at Your Camera
Inserting a Memory Card Before turning on your camera, insert a Micro SD memory card (NOT included) into the memory card slot . The memory card is needed in order to store photos or videos. Note: Class 4 or higher Micro SD memory cards are supported (up to 64GB).
Charging Your Camera Your camera has a built-in lithium-ion battery. To charge the battery, follow the below steps. 1. Insert the Micro USB end of the included USB cable into the Micro USB port on your camera. 2. Insert the other end of the USB cable into the USB port of a computer or a suitable 5V / 1A USB charging adapter (NOT included). Note: A charging indicator light will illuminate while charging and then turn off once charging is complete.
Turning On Your Camera Press and hold the Power / OK button for approximately 3-4 seconds to power on or power off your camera. Note: Press and hold the Power/OK button for approximately 6-7 seconds to restart the camera if the camera freeze.
Changing Modes Once the camera is powered on, press the Mode / Menu button repeatedly to switch between the camera’s different modes.
Photo Capture Mode By default, when you first turn on your camera, it will be in Photo Capture Mode. Use this mode when you want to take photos. Photo Capture Mode Press to Take a Picture Battery Meter Press the Power/ OK button release to take a picture. or Shutter Photos will automatically be recorded to the Micro SD memory card.
Photo Capture Mode Settings While in Photo Capture Mode , press the Mode / Menu button for approximately 2-3 seconds to access the Photo Capture Mode Settings Menu. Photo Capture Mode Camera settings Make sure the Camera settings is selected on the on-screen menu, and press the Power / OK button .
Video Capture Mode When you want to take a video, press the Mode / Menu button after turning on your camera to enter Video Capture Mode. Video Capture Mode Press to Record & End Recording Battery Meter Press the Power/ OK button or Shutter release to begin recording video. Press it again to end your recording Video will automatically be recorded to the Micro SD memory card.
Video Capture Mode Settings While in Video Capture Mode , press the Mode / Menu button for approximately 2-3 seconds to access the Video Capture Mode Settings Menu. Video Capture Mode Video settings Make sure the Video settings is selected on the on-screen menu, and press the Power / OK button . System settings Wifi settings Metering White balance W There are two video settings that can be adjusted: Metering allows you to pick a pre-set that automatically adjusts light sensitivity.
Playback Mode When you want to view the photos and videos you’ve taken, press the Mode / Menu button repeatedly after turning on your camera to enter Playback Mode. Playback Mode Playback Mode Settings While in Playback Mode , press the Mode / Menu button for approximately 2-3 seconds to access the Playback Mode Settings Menu. Delete Gallery Slide show Lock Delete allows you to delete a photo or video.
General System Settings When in Photo Capture or Video Capture Modes, you can press and hold the Mode / Menu button for approximately 2-3 seconds to access the General System Settings. System settings Camera settings Make sure the System settings is selected on the on-screen menu, and press the Power / OK button . System settings Wifi settings Date and time Language Memory Reset and format There are four general settings: Select Date and time to set the camera to the current date.
Wifi Settings When in Photo Capture the Mode / Menu button Settings Menu. or Video Capture Modes, you can press and hold for approximately 2-3 seconds to access the Wifi Wifi settings Camera settings Make sure the Wifi settings is selected on the on-screen menu, and press the Power / OK button to turn the camera’s Wifi ON.
