We start our molding process by purchasing 100% post-consumer recycled plastics, we then add
colorant and UV stabilizers to protect the finished products from the damaging rays of the sun. Our
product is undoubtedly one of the most environmentally friendly products available, even among other
recycled goods. Further, we do not add fillers, fibers, or contaminants, so the entirety of material in our
plastic lumber is also recyclable at the end of its use.
• Our product is non-toxic and poses no threat to your health.
• Our product is manufactured with post-consumer recycled plastic.
• All of our recycled plastic is reusable and recyclable.
• No greenhouse gases are released during the production or use of our products.
• Our recycled plastic products contain no wood, therefore reducing deforestation.
• No PVCs or BPAs that can harm the environment are used in our product.
• No organic fills are used. We use natural mineral foaming agent for added board strength.
• No chemical treatments are required to clean our product.
• All of scrap generated in the process of molding & fabrication is turned to regrind and used to
make new lumber and shapes. We create no waste.
The post-consumer plastic used in our manufacturing is #2 HDPE, which is derived from:
