The Polsen HMA-41 Stereo Headphone Amplifier is a compact and lightweight headphone amplifier that is ideal for studio recording, band rehearsals, or any application where multiple headphone connections are needed. The ¼-inch TRS stereo input accepts any stereo line output. The four TRS stereo ¼" headphone outputs each have their own volume control, and there is no loss of signal when all four headphones are connected.

O P E R AT I N G I N S T R U C T I O N S To use your HMA-41 follow these simple instructions: Power: Plug the 12V DC power cord into the power supply on the back panel of the HMA-41. The LED will light up. Input: Connect the output of your source with a ¼" TRS stereo plug to the input jack on the rear panel of the HMA-41. You can use output from a media player or smartphone by using the included mini-plug adapter.

TROUBLESHOOTING Problem No sound Solution Make sure all headphones are completely plugged in. Make sure the volume levels are turned up. LED light is not lit Noise or hum Make sure the amplifier is receiving an input signal. Make sure the 12V DC adapter is plugged into the outlet, and the connector is completely inserted into the power supply on the back panel of the HMA-41. The noise might be coming from a faulty input device. Check if there’s a faulty ground in the signal chain.
