The MO-IDL1 lavalier microphone delivers detailed and accurate sound for interviews, podcasts, and YouTube videos, whether you’re shooting them with a smartphone, DSLR, or camcorder. It offers much better audio than built-in microphones and enhances the production value of any video presentation. The compatibility of the microphone can be changed with the flip of a switch and eliminates the need for separate microphones when you change recording devices.

INSTRUCTIONS Installing the Battery 1. Unscrew the function switch to expose the battery compartment. 2. Make sure to align the + side of the battery with the + side of the battery compartment, and then insert the battery into the compartment. 3. Screw the function switch back together. Note: To preserve the life of the battery, move the switch to the Phone/Off position when the MO-IDL1 is not in use. Recording 1.
4. You are now ready to record. Consult the instructions of your video or audio recording app for directions on recording. Important: When playing back a recording on a smartphone, unplug the MO-IDL1 from the input jack. Listen to the playback with headphones or the internal speaker. RECORDING TIPS • For the best sound quality, the MO-IDL1 microphone should be approximately 6 to 8 inches from the sound source.
