Restrict Call Log and Contact Uploads
By default, your call logs and contacts you save are stored on the phone and uploaded to a server. You
can restrict the phone from uploading your call logs and contacts to the server.
Procedure
1. On the phone, go to Settings > Basic > Preferences > Restrict Personal Data Upload.
2. Select Enable.
Plantronics Headset Settings
You can configure your Plantronics headset settings from the Plantronics Hub menu. By default,
Plantronics Hub enables when you connect the headset to the VVX phone. Plantronics Hub supports on
VVX 501, and 601 business media phones only.
Polycom VVX phones support the following Plantronics headsets:
• Plantronics Blackwire 3200 Series USB Headset
• Plantronics Savi W740 Wireless Headset
• Plantronics Savi W420 Binaural USB Wireless Headset
Note: The features list in Plantronics Hub varies based on the Plantronics headset you use. To know
your headset supporting features, refer to Features Compatibility Chart.
You can access the following headset settings on the VVX phone from the Plantronics Hub menu.

General Settings
You can configure the General Settings features from VVX phone.
Following are the General Settings features that appear when you connect a Plantronics headset to the
VVX phone:
• Audio Sensing

• Default Phone Line
• Second Incoming Call
Procedure
» Do one of the following:
• Navigate to Settings > Basic > Plantronics Hub > General Settings.
• Navigate to Plantronics Hub > General Settings.
