Mute On or Off Alert

You can set to a single tone or double tone to indicate when you are on mute.

Procedure

1. Do one of the following:

• Navigate to Settings > Basic > Plantronics Hub > General Settings > Mute On/Off Alert.

• Navigate to Plantronics Hub > General Settings > Mute On/Off Alert.

2. Select one of the following:

• Single Tone

• Double Tone

Configure Mute Reminder

You can set the mute reminder notification to get notified when you are on mute in an active call.

Procedure

1. Do one of the following:

• Navigate to Settings > Basic > Plantronics Hub > General Settings > Mute Reminder.

• Navigate to Plantronics Hub > General Settings > Mute Reminder.

2. Select one of the following:

• Off

• Visible & Audible Mute Alert

• Visible Only Mute Alert

• Timed

Mute Reminder Interval

You can set the mute reminder intervals to notify when you are on mute.

Procedure

1. Do one of the following:

• Navigate to Settings > Basic > Plantronics Hub > General Settings > Mute Reminder

2. Choose the mute interval time frame:

• Every 1 Min

• Every 2 Min
