• Navigate to Plantronics Hub > Wireless > Streaming Audio.

2. Select On to enable the streaming audio and select Off to disable the streaming audio.

Softphone Settings

You can set the dial tone of the softphone from the Softphone menu to alert when there’s an outgoing

call.

Procedure

1. Do one of the following:

• Navigate to Settings > Basic > Plantronics Hub > Softphone > Dial Tone.

• Navigate to Plantronics Hub > Softphone > Dial Tone.

2. Select On to enable the dial tone and select Off to disable dial tone.

Advanced Settings

You can configure the Advanced Settings from the VVX phone.

Following are the Advanced Settings features that appear when you connect a Plantronics headset to

the VVX phone:

• Noise Exposer

• Hours on Phone Per Day

Procedure

» Do one of the following:

• Navigate to Settings > Basic > Plantronics Hub > Advanced Settings.

• Navigate to Plantronics Hub > Advanced Settings.

Noise Exposer

You can configure noise exposer settings from the VVX phones to limit the sound levels to desired levels.

If disabled, the headset limits the sound level to 118 dBA.

Procedure

1. Do one of the following:

• Navigate to Settings > Basic > Plantronics Hub > Advanced Settings > Noise Exposer.

• Navigate to Plantronics Hub > Advanced Settings > Noise Exposer.

2. Select one of the following:

• No Limiting

• Limited at 80 dBA

• Limited at 85 dBA

Configure Hours on Phone Per Day

You can configure hours on phone per day to optimize noise exposure settings from the VVX phones.
