Polycom IP 600/601 User Guide Introduction The purpose of this document is to inform VoicePipe users how use the Polycom IP600/601 Phone with VoicePipe. Each feature available with the VoicePipe Enhanced Seat will be described along with instructions on how to use the feature. Some users may not have all of the functionality described in this document. Seat type purchased determines which features are available.
Polycom IP 600/601 User Guide The VoicePipe Receptionist The VoicePipe Receptionist can be used in conjunction with the Polycom IP600/601 IP Phone to allow ‘front-ofhouse’ receptionists or telephone attendants who screen inbound company calls. The VoicePipe Receptionist complements the Polycom IP600/601 phone and allows users to more easily route calls to the proper party or party’s voicemail.
Polycom IP 600/601 User Guide Feature Functionality Account Codes - Verified Requires a user to enter a unique number that identifies to which account an outbound call should be assigned. Extended Functionality A user can turn a particular account code on for a sustained amount of time by using a star code.

To split the existing conference call, press the SPLIT soft key. This places both calls on hold on separate lines. 2. Using the DISPLAY CONTROL keys, select the call you would like to disconnect, press the RESUME soft key, then press the ENDCALL soft key. 3.

Enter the transfer NUMBER with the KEYPAD. Press the SEND soft key. When the second party picks up you may consult with them. Press the TRNSFER soft key to transfer the call. Press the CANCEL soft key to return to the first caller without transferring the call.
