detected as noisy.

Roll Call Start
Names Review
Played when Roll Call is requested by the chairperson,
introducing the names of the conference participants in
the order they joined the conference.
Roll Call End
Names Review
Played at the end of Roll Call, to indicate that the listing
of participant names is concluded.
