CALIBRATING COPYCAM 25
CALIBRATING COPYCAM
WHEN TO CALIBRATE COPYCAM
Calibration is necessary in only about ten percent of CopyCam
whiteboard installations. Blackboards (or any board that is not
white) always require calibration.
Conditions that are likely to require calibration include:
boards without easily discernible borders
CopyCam mounted above an area with no borders
CopyCam mounted to a board that is greater than 8 feet long or
4 feet high
You need to calibrate when:
you have a blackboard (or any board that is not white)
images are distorted
the voice prompt (from the control pad) reports calibration
needed
HOW TO CALIBRATE COPYCAM
Calibrating CopyCam involves showing it the corners of your board
(or 4' x 8' limit) using five of the six calibration sheets provided.
