Warranty

The following limited warranty is in effect for all KÜÜL® pad material purchased for shipment with the following exceptions:
No Warranty is available on 2” thick KÜÜL® evaporative cooling media
KÜÜL® pads are warranted against all defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from shipment invoice date. IMPROPER
INSTALLATION, IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, OR POOR WATER CHEMISTRY WILL INVALIDATE THIS WARRANTY.
Specifically, Port-A-Cool, LLC, the manufacturer, will during the:
FIRST YEAR AFTER SHIPMENT INVOICE DATE:
Replace 100% of KÜÜL® pads that fail on or before the first anniversary date of shipment
The KÜÜL® media limited warranty is VOID in any of the following instances:
1. pH of water used in conjunction with the KÜÜL® pads is greater than 8 or less than 6.
2. use of phosphates, wetting agents, aromatic hydrocarbons, or any other chemical not recommended or approved by the
manufacturer.
3. allowing the bottom of the media to be continually immersed in water.
4. any improper physical handling of the media or use of unapproved of caustic chemicals or use in any manner for which
this product is not intended.
5. damage by insects, rodents and/or other pests.
6. dust or mineral build-up.
7. cooling media is used in conjunction with the portable Port-A-Cool® Unit or other similar portable
cooling units.
PORT-A-COOL, LLC, MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Buyer assumes all responsibility
for any loss whatsoever to persons, or property (real or personal). PORT-A-COOL, LLC, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Manufacturer reserves the right to investigate all warranty claims.
