CABLE END KIT INSTRUCTIONSCABLE END KIT INSTRUCTIONS
INCLUDES: 6 – 3 Place Connectors
6 – Backshells
1 – Glue Stick
The connectors are Unisex and are used on the photo sensors and
corresponding track side.
The 3 place connectors should be wired as follows. DO NOT Strip Wire.
Fold Cover over until completely closed and locked.
Positive 12 Volts DC – Red Wire – Blue Wire --
Ground 12 Volts DC -- Black Wire – White Wire --
Signal -- Green Wire – Brown Wire –
DO NOT BARE THE WIRE. The wire should be inserted into the contact without
stripping and you should leave as little excess wire out of the connector as
possible. This will leave more insulation for the covers to hold onto when
assembled. Use Small Screwdriver – Make sure wire is at Bottom of Contact.
When the system has been debugged then you can assemble the Heavy Duty
Backshell on the connector. You must use the Hot Melt Glue (supplied – has a
very long open time) or Silicone for the final assembly.
