BEFORE ASSEMBLY 1. 2. 3. 5. Shut off the pressure washer and turn off the water supply. Pull trigger on gun handle to relieve any water pressure. Disconnect the high pressure hose from the gun. TO ASSEMBLE HOSE REEL 1. Attach handle to flange assembly. NOTE: Screws must be inserted from the inside of hose reel and secured with nuts on the outside as shown. Tighten securely. Apply sealant tape to swivel end of high pressure hose. IMPORTANT: The high pressure hose has a swivel end and fixed end.

8. Turn handle and reel hose onto reel. 9. Attach hose reel inlet to high pressure pump. 10. Attach high pressure hose to gun. Do not operate this hose reel until you have read and understood the Pressure Washer Owners Manual for Safety, Operation, and Maintenance Instructions.
