1. Remove the backplate (C) from the xture
(A) and then hold it against the wall and mark
the position of the holes through the backplate
(C). Note: Make sure xture (A) is being
mounted to a secure surface.

5. Place the xture (A) onto the backplate (C),
and secure with cap nuts (AA). Note: The xture
(A) can be installed with the sockets facing up
or down.

4. Attach wire nuts (BB). Tape wire nuts (BB)
and wires together.
6. Remove socket rings (B) from sockets of xture (A)
with tool (FF). Install glass shades (D) over
sockets, securing with socket rings (B). Tighten
socket rings (B) with tool (FF).
2. Using a 5/16 in. drill bit (not included), drill pilot
holes at marked locations. For masonry
installations, insert wall anchors (EE) into the
holes. Otherwise, attach backplate (C) to wall
using machine screws (DD) and use mounting
screws (CC) to secure it to the outlet box.
Note: Make sure the narrow end of the keyhole
slots on backplate (C) slide down over the screw
heads.

3. Strip 3/4 in. of insulation from wire ends.
Twist stripped ends together with pliers (not
included), black to black (power) and white to
white (neutral). Attach copper wire to ground
wire. Helpful hint: If necessary, attach copper
ground wire to grounded outlet box.
