ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Place the crossbar (A) onto the ceiling canopy of the socket assembly (D) and align the holes in the ceiling canopy with a set of threaded holes in the crossbar (A). Install the mounting screws (CC) in the aligned threaded holes on the crossbar (A) and thread the small hex nuts (EE) onto the mounting screws (CC). 1 CC A EE Hardware Used D CC Mounting Screw x2 EE Small Hex Nut x2 2. Secure the crossbar (A) to the outlet box (not included) with outlet box screws (DD).
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 3. Attach ground fixture wire to either the green ground screw (AA) on crossbar (A) or to the ground wire in the outlet box (usually GREEN or BARE). If attaching fixture ground wire to the crossbar, it is imperative that the outlet box in your home be properly grounded. Connect the neutral WHITE or RIBBED side fixture wire to the neutral usually WHITE wire from the outlet box. Connect the hot BLACK or SMOOTH side fixture wire to the hot usually BLACK wire from the outlet box.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 5. Screw the beaded end of the stem (E) into the hex coupling on the bottom center of the socket assembly (D). Hand-tighten until snug. And then adjust the knurled nut on the stem (E) to proper location for the shade (F) and the finial (C). 5 D E 6. Place the center hole on the bottom of the shade (F) over the end of the stem (E). Attach one end of side chain (B) onto the hook on the side of the socket assembly (D).
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 7. Thread the finial (C) onto the end of the stem (E). Hand tighten until snug. 7 E F C 8. Install the bulbs (not included). Use (2) 60-watt max. standard-base bulbs only. Or use (2) 13-watt max. CFL spring self-ballasted standard-base bulbs. 8 Lowes.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE • Wipe clean using soft, dry cloth or static duster. Always avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasives to clean fixture as they may damage the finish. Si vous attachez le fil de mise à la terre du luminaire au support de montage (A), il est essentiel que la boîte de sortie de votre maison soit correctement mise à la terre.

Apriete a mano hasta que quede bien ajustado. Luego ajuste la tuerca moleteada en el vástago (E) en la ubicación adecuada para la pantalla (F) y el remate (C). 5 D E 6. Ubique el orificio central en la parte inferior de la pantalla (F) sobre el extremo del vástago (E).
