WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material

present at time of shipment from the factory for one year (1) from the date of purchase. This

warranty applies only to the original purchaser. The manufacturer agrees to correct such defect

at no charge or at our option replace the lamp with a comparable or superior model.

To obtain warranty service, call our customer service department at 1-800-643-0067 for return

authorization and shipping instructions. You may be required to present a copy of your sales

receipt as proof of purchase. All cost of removal and reinstallation are the express responsibility of

the purchaser. Any damage to the lamp by accident, misuse or improper installation, or by afﬁxing

accessories not produced by the manufacturer, are the purchaser’s responsibility. The

manufacturer assumes no responsibility whatsoever for lamp installation during the warranty

period.

There is no further expressed warranty. The manufacturer disclaims any and all implied

warranties. The manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages

arising at or in connection with product use or performance except as may otherwise by accorded

by law. This warranty gives you speciﬁc legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary

from state to state. This warranty supersedes all prior warranties.

PREPARATION

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Carefully remove all parts

from box and remove all plastic covering the parts. Compare parts with package contents list and

hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the

product.

WARNING

Do not attempt to replace the bulb while the lamp is plugged into an electrical outlet.

Do not use outdoors or near water or other liquids.

During shipment, the socket cover might have loosened. Before inserting bulb, check to see the

socket cover is secure.

This portable lamp has a polarized plug. One blade is wider than the other as a safety feature to

reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does

not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never

use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not attempt to defeat this

safety feature.

CAUTION

When unpacking and assembling, do not pull on the wire too hard or damage may occur.

Only use the bulb and wattage speciﬁed in these instructions or on the label located on the socket.

Unplug from outlet before removing any parts and cleaning.

Only use a soft cloth for cleaning. Do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

4. Place the floor lamp base (H) on flat, level surface.

Screw the bottom tube (G) into the floor lamp base (H),

ensuring to pull the cord taut.

5. Screw the top tube (F) into the bottom tube (G)

while pulling cord through the floor lamp base (H).

6. Screw the socket assembly (E) into the top tube (F)

while pulling cord through the floor lamp base (H).

7. Attach the harp (D) onto the socket assembly (E).

8. Attach plate (AA) to the rod on harp (D). Then,

place the floor lamp shade (B) on the plate (AA)

and secure with the finial (A)

9. Install bulb (not included). Use 150-watt max.

standard-base incandescent bulb or 23-watt max.

standard-base CFL.

The floor lamp assembly is now complete.

FLOOR LAMP ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place floor lamp shade (B) on a flat surface,

placing one frame (C) into the bottom ring of

floor lamp shade (B) as shown.

2. Place the other end of frame (C) into the top ring

of floor lamp shade (B) as shown.

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to install remaining

two frames (C) into floor lamp shade (B).

2. Place the table lamp base (K) on flat, level surface.

Attach the harp (D) to the table lamp socket (J)

preassembled to table lamp base (K).

Repeat steps 1-3 of the floor lamp assembly to

assemble table lamp shade (I).

Attach plate (AA) to the rod on harp (D). Then, place

the table lamp shade (I) on the plate (AA) and

secure with the finial (A).

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION

Bulbs will not light. 1. Bulb is burned out.

2. Power is off.

3. Faulty wire connection.

1. Replace light bulb.

2. Make sure power supply is on.

3. Check wiring.

Fuse blows or circult

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Clean base with a damp cloth.

Do not use any chemicals, polishes, or abrasives.

Do not immerse fixture in water; doing so will damage the wiring.

ACCENT LAMP ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Repeat steps 1-3 of floor lamp assembly to assemble

accent lamp frames (M) into accent lamp shade (L).
