OSYSU Series
Outside Screw & Yoke Valve
Supervisory Switch
Potter has improved upon the already great OSYSU to make it even
easier to install. It now contains visual indicators that show the status
of the switch. The white visual indicator is visible through the window
on the back of the switch actuator and helps guide the installer to
ensure easy and precise installation. The mounting bracket is serrated
to provide a more secure fit to the valve yoke. There is also an improved
adjustment feature on the OSYSU that eliminates the need to loosen or
remove the mounting hardware after initial installation in order to make
fine adjustments.

Additional Hardware
The Model OSYS-U-EX is designed to supervise
the open condition of an OS & Y type gate valve in
hazardous locations. It features a UL listed explosion
proof switch enclosure.
The OSYSU-EX-O is designed for outdoor use to
supervise the position of an OS & Y type gate valve
in hazardous locations. It features a weatherproof,
UL listed explosion proof switch enclosure.
The OSYSU-CRH provides additional corrosion
protection on top of the NEMA 4X enclosure with
corrosion resistant mounting hardware.
