PRE-ASSEMBLY:

• Remove all parts and hardware from the box and lay out on a clean, carpeted, or scratch-free work surface, as this will

avoid damaging any parts during assembly. The shipping box provides an ideal work surface. Do not dispose of any

contents until assembly is completed to avoid accidentally discarding small parts or hardware.

• Two people recommended for ease of assembly.

• Use the parts and hardware lists to identify and separate each of the pieces included.

• The illustrations provided allow for easier assembly when used in conjunction with the assembly instructions.

• Note: Do not fully tighten all bolts until all parts are in place. Failure to follow these instructions may cause the bolts

to misalign during assembly.

• If using power tools to aid in assembly please use caution. Power tools can damage hardware or split wood.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Position the Side rails (C) and (D) exactly as shown. (Fig 1) Attach the Wheel (P) into pre-drilled holes on the side rails by using the 5/16" x 1" Bolt (K), Spring Washer (N), and Washer (M) Tighten with the enclosed Spanner (Q). Repeat same process for the other 3 Wheels (Fig.1) (Fig 1) D 2. Position the Side rails with wheels (assembled in Step 1) to the Headboard (A), and insert the dowels into the top two holes as shown. 3. Lay the Bed Slats (G) down on the inner edges of the Side rails (C) as shown. (Fig. 4) Secure each slat to the inner edge of the Side rail (C) by inserting #8 x 30mm screw (O) through the pre-drilled holes at each end of the slats and into the Side rails. (Figh.4) (Fig 4) 4. Position the Foot Panel (E) exactly as shown. Insert the Foot Panel (E) into pre-drilled holes on the frame (assembled in Step 3) by using the 5/16" x 3/4" Bolt (L), Spring Washer (N), and Washer (M).

4. Attach the dowels of the Step ladder (F) into the pre-drilled holes on the top of the Side rail (C) exactly as shown. (Fig.6) (Fig 6): CARE INSTRUCTIONS: • Dust often using a clean, soft, dry lint-free cloth. • Bolt spills immediately, and wipe with a clean, damp, cloth. • We do not recommend the use of chemical cleansers, abrasives, or furniture polish on our lacquered finish.
