IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
Please read all instructions carefully before assembling.
For your safety, adult assembly by two people is recommended.

Note: This bed has a range of configurations, and your assembly needs may vary. Please assemble the product
you received using either just Version 1, or Version 1 and 2 depending on which configuration you have ordered.
PRE-ASSEMBLY:
• Remove all parts and hardware from the box and lay out on a clean, carpeted, or scratch-free work surface,
as this will avoid damaging any parts during assembly. The shipping box provides an ideal work surface. Do
not dispose of any contents until assembly is completed to avoid accidentally discarding small parts or
hardware.
• Use the parts and hardware lists above to identify and separate each of the pieces included.
• The illustrations provided allow for easier assembly when used in conjunction with the assembly instructions.
• Note: Do not fully tighten all bolts until all parts are in place. Failure to follow these instructions may cause
the bolts to misalign during assembly.
• If using power tools to aid in assembly please use caution. Power tools can damage hardware or split
wood.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Version 1: Assembly of the Footboard and Siderails
1. Determine the desired location of bed. One person should hold the Footboard (B) in a vertical position tilted
slightly forward. Attach each Side rail (C) to the Footboard by inserting the hooked ends of the side rail into
the corresponding slots in the Footboard, as shown. Be sure the small ledge on each side rail is facing
inward.
2. Place the Slat roll (D) and secure with (28) 4 x 30mm Wooden Screws (N) provided as shown.
Version 2: Assembly of the Headboard
If you purchased and are assembling the Platform Bed Headboard (A), follow the same steps outlined by Step 1
above, attaching each Side rail (C) to the Headboard by inserting the hooked ends of the side rail into the
corresponding slots in the Headboard, as shown.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Dust with a clean, soft cloth.
• We do not recommend the use of chemical cleansers, abrasives, or waxing of our lacquered finishes.
