REPLACEMENT HOSE
AND ADAPTOR

WARNING:
To reduce the risk of injury, user must read and understand
the operator’s manual for their pressure washer before
using this accessory. Fits most pressure washers. Ensure
compatibility and proper fit before using this accessory.
Always wear eye protection with side shields marked to
comply with ANSI Z87.1. Risk of fluid injections, do not
point at people, pets, electrical devices, or the unit itself.
Turn off the pressure washer, relieve the water pressure
in the trigger handle, and lock the lock out on the trigger
handle (if one is included with your pressure washer)
before installing, changing, or adjusting accessories. For
cold water use only. For outdoor use only – store indoors.
Save these instructions. Refer to them frequently and use
them to instruct other users. If you loan someone this
tool, loan them these instructions also. Do not use this
accessory if any parts appear to be missing or damaged.

USING THE REPLACEMENT HOSE
Connect the replacement hose to your pressure washer and
trigger handle following the instructions provided in your
pressure washer Operator’s Manual.
This high pressure hose features an outer covering that
provides strength to the hose. If the outer covering becomes
damaged, the hose must be replaced immediately. Do not
use a high pressure hose if the outer covering is damaged.
To prevent damage to the outer covering:
n Inspect the hose before every use.
n Fully unwrap and straighten hose before use.
n Do not allow the high pressure hose to be kinked.
n Keep hose away from hot surfaces and sharp edges.
n Do not pull unit by high pressure hose.
n Do not allow hose to be crushed or wrapped around
objects.
USING THE ADAPTOR
See Figure 1.
If you experience a leak at the hose connection on either
the trigger handle or pump side when using this hose, install
the adaptor provided.
n Apply silicon grease (not provided) to the edge of the
o-rings.
n Slide the adaptor over the hose connection as shown in
figure 1.
n Install the hose to the pressure washer pump or trigger
handle as desired.
If the hose connection continues to leak or if you experience
leaks on both sides, reference the part numbers that follow
and call our Customer Service Center to order an additional
adaptor or replacement o-rings as needed.

To use this replacement hose as an extension hose between
your pressure washer and your original high pressure hose,
you will also need AP31043 PowerCare M22 x M22 Hose
Adaptor, available where you purchased this replacement
hose.
