Keep the tool clean and lubricated for better and safer performance. • NEVER CARRY THE TOOL BY AIR HOSE. • STORE TOOLS OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN AND OTHER UNTRAINED PEOPLE. Tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users. • PLACE TOOL PROPERLY ON WORKPIECE. Do not drive fasteners on top of other fasteners or with the tool at too steep of an angle; the fasteners can ricochet and hurt someone. • DO NOT USE THE TOOL AS A HAMMER. • KEEP ALL SCREWS AND COVERS TIGHTLY IN PLACE.
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS WARNING Disconnect the tool from the air source before making any adjustments, changing accessories or storing the tool. Such precautionary safety measures reduce the risk or unintentional tool operation. FEATURES PREPARATION • Well balanced hardened driver blade for a longer life. • Ergonomic design for less fatigue. • Composite base to eliminate scratch and damage to the surface of the wood. • Mallet included. Follow the instructions below to prepare your tool for operation. 1. All tool operators and their immediate supervisors must become familiar with the operator safety instructions before operating the tool. 2. Included with each tool are one copy of these Operating/ Safety Instructions.
Under low use, lubricate once a day. Under heavy use, lubricate twice a day. To lubricate, insert 2-3 drops of lubricant into the air supply fitting attached to the tool handle (FIG 4). Using too much oil will cause it to collect in the tool and be noticeable in the exhaust. FIG. Verify prior to using the tool that the air source has been adjusted within the rated air-pressure rang.

Make sure there is no fastener in magazine before changing the foot plate. 1. Disconnect tool from air supply. 2. Empty the magazine completely. 3. Fire the tool into a piece of scrap wood to ensure there is no compressed air fasteners left in the tool. 4. Set the tool on its side to expose the three screws. 5. Remove the three screws, then, remove the foot plate. 6.
4. When finished, make sure to store the tool in a clean, dry, safe location out of reach of children and other unauthorized people. Moisture frozen in the tool may impede internal components resulting in the risk of injury and/or tool damage. WARNING Make sure there is no fastener in magazine before clearing a jam. WARNING Disconnect the tool from the air source whenever clearing a jam. After disconnecting the tool from the air compressor, there should still be enough air pressure to fire the tool. After the air hose is disconnected, always fire the tool into scrap wood repeatedly to make sure all of the compressed air is expended.

Luego tire hacia atrás de la cubierta lateral del cartucho. 3. Coloque una sección completa de los clavos deseados dentro del cartucho, desde el costado. Se pueden cargar hasta 100 clavos dentro del cartucho.

CONEXIÓN RECOMENDADA COMPONENTES MÍNIMOS NECESARIOS PARA LA CONEXIÓN Compresor de aire: El compresor de aire debe poder mantener una presión mínima de 70 PSI mientras se usa la clavadora. Una fuente de aire inadecuada puede causar pérdidas de potencia y clavado desparejo. Regulador de presión: Se necesita un regulador de presión para controlar la presión de funcionamiento de la clavadora entre 70 y 115 PSI.

Si l’outil est utilisé sans circuit de lubrification en ligne intégré à l’approvisionnement d’air, il faut lubrifier l’outil périodiquement avec un lubrifiant pour outils pneumatiques. En situation d’utilisation modérée, lubrifiez l’outil une fois par jour. En situation d’utilisation intensive, lubrifiez l’outil deux fois par jour. Pour lubrifier l’outil, insérez deux ou trois gouttes de lubrifiant dans le raccord de l’approvisionnement d’air fixé au manche de l’outil (FIG. 4).
CHARGEMENT DES CLOUS 1. Branchez l’alimentation d’air. 2. Comprimez le poussoir vers l’arrière du magasin. Verrouillez le poussoir en place à l’aide du bouton de verrouillage. Ensuite, tirez le compartiment latéral vers l’arrière. 3. Insérez une bande complète des clous désirés par le côté du magasin. Il est possible de charger jusqu’à 100 clous dans le magasin de l’outil.
RÉGLAGE DU PATIN AVANT L’outil comporte un patin avant réglable pour adapter l’outil aux planchers de bois de 3/4 à 5/8 po. En usine, le patin avant de l’outil est réglé pour les planchers de bois de 3/4 po. 1. Débranchez l’outil de l’alimentation pneumatique. 2. Videz complètement le magasin. 3. Déchargez l’outil dans un morceau de bois afin de vous assurer qu’aucune agrafe ou aucun clou ne sera propulsé(e) avec l’air comprimé. 4.
2. Enlevez tous les clous ou toutes les agrafes. 3. Tentez de décharger l’outil dans un morceau de bois ou de plancher inutilisé afin de vous assurer que l’outil ne pourra pas se décharger. 4. Déposez l’outil sur le côté pour bien voir les deux boulons et les deux petites plaques sous les vis. 5. Enlevez les deux boulons et les deux petites plaques. Lorsque le patin avant est enlevé, on peut voir trois boulons de fixation du nez. 6.
3. Fixez le tuyau d’air à la sortie du régulateur. Réglez le régulateur de pression en le tournant vers la droite afin que la pression de la sortie soit entre 70 et 115 lb/po2. 4. Chargez les agrafes ou les clous dans la cloueuse. 5. Orientez la cloueuse dans une direction sécuritaire et fixez le tuyau d’air. 6. La cloueuse est prête à être utilisée. Il faudra peut-être régler la pression de sortie pour obtenir la profondeur de pénétration adéquate.
