If, within two years of the date of retail purchase, any PowerMax product in the continental United States
and Canada fails to perform satisfactorily, PowerMax will test and inspect the product, and repair or
replace any PowerMax product found to be defective in materials or workmanship free of charge,
provided that inspection and testing show that operating conditions have been within specified limits. This
Warranty shall be the sole remedy of the Customer, and the sole liability of PowerMax to the Customer.
NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS MADE, INTENDED OR IMPLIED, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES
ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. PowerMax will not under any circumstances, whether as a breach of
warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise, be liable for consequential, incidental, special or exemplary or
Punitive damages including, without limitation, loss of profits or revenues, loss of other goods or
associated equipment or damages to any associated equipment, cost of capital or labor, cost of substitute
products, facilities or services, down time costs, or claims of claimant's customers. In the event that
PowerMax shall be unable to repair or replace any PowerMax product as required herein, the liability of
PowerMax to Customer shall not exceed the price paid by Customer for the defective PowerMax product.
The foregoing remedy of repair or replacement by PowerMax shall be the sole
And exclusive remedy of the Customer, and shall not apply to any equipment of another manufacturer
used in conjunction with PowerMax products.

PowerMax offers a warranty program that is as extensive as any in the industry. All
PowerMax
Products receive 100% quality inspection before shipment to insure proper and
satisfactory operation.
When operated under normal conditions, PowerMax products will provide years of
dependable service.
PowerMax warranties all power products in the continental United States and Canada
from defects in
Materials or workmanship under normal use for two years from the date of retail
purchase.
