EN POWXG7205 CULTIVATOR 196CC POWXG7205 1 APPLICATION The petrol cultivator is suitable for cultivating the sandy and clayey soil of a canopied vegetables base and dry land. For weedy and deep plots, remove the weeds before using the cultivator to cultivate the land. It is not designed for commercial use. WARNING! For your own safety, read this manual and the general safety instructions carefully before using the appliance.

EN POWXG7205         Know how to stop the engine and tines quickly in case of emergency. Understand the use of all controls. Keep a firm hold on the handlebars. They may tend to lift during clutch engagement Allowing anyone to operate this cultivator without proper training may result in injury. Wear sturdy, full-coverage footwear, operating this cultivator barefoot or with open toe shoes or sandals increases your risk of injury. Dress sensibly.

POWXG7205     EN Till across the slope (at equally spaced intervals) rather than up and down it. Be very careful when changing the direction of the cultivator on a slope. Do not use the cultivator on a slope of more than 10°. The maximum angle for safe working (as shown) is for reference purposes only and should be determined according to the type of tool. Before starting the engine, check that the cultivator is not damaged and is in good condition.

POWXG7205 7.2 EN Step 2: attach lower handle bar to the cultivator    Put the lower handle bar outside the transmission cover and align the lower holes. Insert bolt + nut for each side in lower holes. Insert bolt + nut for each side in upper holes at desired handlebar height. A) Lock nuts B) Height adjustment bolts C) Height adjustment holes D) Transmission cover 7.3 Step 3: attach top handle bar to the cultivator Insert four fastening bolts on each side in every hole.

POWXG7205 7.4 EN Step 4: fill engine crankcase Add oil according to engine manual. Do not overfill. Use clean, high quality detergent oils. Oil type SAE 10W-30. Do not mix oil with petrol. Oil level must be full. Check the oil level by removing oil fill plug. Always check oil level before starting engine. Refer to engine manual for capacity and type of oil to use. EN POWXG7205 8.2 Idle speed Use the “low” position on the Throttle control lever to reduce stress on the engine when tilling is not in progress. Lowering the engine speed to “idle” will help to extend the life of the motor, as well as to conserve fuel and reduce the noise level of the equipment. 8.3 Shutting down To stop the engine at any time, turn engine ON/OFF switch to the off position. To stop wheels and tines at any time, release clutch levers to neutral position. 8.

POWXG7205 8.5.2 EN Reverse lever   Engages wheels and tines into reverse. Pulling the reverse lever back towards the operator reverses cultivator. Releasing the lever stops the wheels and tines. A) reverse lever 9 ADJUSTMENTS Engine should be off before adjusting any controls. Extreme caution should be used when operating cultivator in reverse direction 9.1 Wheel lock pins Place wheels in tilling position.  Remove lock pin. Align hole in axle with hole in wheel hub.

POWXG7205 9.2 EN Handlebar height adjustment The ideal height of the handlebar varies with operator height and tilling depth. To adjust handlebar height:  Unscrew nuts and remove top bolts on each side.  Align handlebar to desired holes.  Install bolts and nuts. Retighten. A) Lock nuts B) Height adjustment bolts C) Height adjustment holes D) Transmission cover 9.3 Depth regulator lever Tilling depth is controlled by the height of the depth regulator lever.

EN POWXG7205  Loosen upper jam nut and turn nut up cable.  Tighten lower jam nut.  Check adjustment. This procedure can be repeated until conduit adjustment bolts are fully adjusted.
