of the water heater at the original installation
against defects In material and workmanship for
the perioda specified below.
WARRANTY PERIOD

3. Manufaclurer ShaD not be liable lor any water
damage arising, dlrectly or IndireCtly, from any defect In
!he water heater oornponent part(sl ()( from its use.
4. Manufacturer ShaI not be fiable undef this warranty If:
a) The water heater or any of its oomponent paris
has been subjeCt 10 misuse, a1tetatlon, neglect or
accident or freeze, or
b) The water healer has not been installed in
aa:otdance with the applicable local pIu'nbing
andlor building code(s) and/or reguladoo(s), or
cl The water heater has not been installed in
aooordance with the printed manulact\Jrers
InalructionI, or
d) The watsr heater is not oontinuously supplied
with potable water.
5. The OWNER and not the Manufacturer or his
reprasentalNe shaU be liable tor and shaH pay for aD
field charges for labor or other axpunses incurred in !he
removal and/or repair 01 the produCt Of any eI!Il8fIS8
incurred by the owner in Older to repair the product.
