IMPORTANT: To use the front drawer
installation clamps, install the drawer slide on the
drawer at least 3/4" from the top of the drawer
as shown in Figure 2. Make sure there is also an
additional 3/16" clearance between the drawer
sides and the face frame or cabinet side.

1. Install the drawer slides and drawer box into
the cabinet.
2. Pull the drawer box out from the cabinet
and position the drawer front installation
clamps on to the drawer box, see Figure 3.
Tighten the rear clamping bolts on
each side.

3. Slide the drawer front into the clamps
and position it in place. Tighten the front
clamping bolts just enough to hold the
drawer front in place. Do not overtighten
the front clamping bolts at this time,
more adjustments are needed before
tightening securely.
4. Use spacers, a tape measure, or any other
devices/methods to fine-tune the overlay on
top and bottom of the drawer front. Make
sure to keep the overlay consistent along
the length of the drawer front. Use the micro
positioning bolts to make precise side to
side adjustments. After the desired position
is reached, tighten the locking nuts on the
micro position bolts to set the position.
This will create a stop to be used when
positioning and installing the other drawer
fronts into the cabinet.
5. Push the drawer into the cabinet to check
the drawer front position. If no adjustment
is needed, tighten front clamping bolts to
prevent drawer from shifting.
6. Pull the drawer box out from the cabinet,
working from the inside, then drill the pilot
holes for the screws and attach the drawer
front to the drawer box. See Figure 3.
