2. Do not y in densely populated areas, including but not limited to cities, sports venues, expos, squares, concerts, stations, and
temporary activity zones.
3. Ensure that the aircraft won't interfere with military or civil air routes during ight.
4. Do not y the aircraft near or inside no-y zones or buildings specied by local laws and regulations, which may include airports,
borders, major cities, power stations, hydropower stations, prisons, roads, government buildings, hospitals, dams, bridges, and
military facilities.
5. Do not y the aircraft above the authorized altitude.
6. Do not use the aircraft to carry illegal or dangerous items.
7. Make sure you understand the nature (i.e., entertainment, public or commercial use) of your ight activity and have obtained
necessary licenses from local government agencies before ight. If necessary, consult your local regulators for comprehensive
denitions and specic requirements for ight activities. Please be advised that some countries or regions may prohibit using an
aircraft for any business purposes.
8. Keep your aircraft within visual line of sight and use an observer to assist you in monitoring the position of the aircraft when
necessary.
9. Please be advised that in some countries and regions, the recording of images and videos of other persons, groups, events,
performances, exhibitions, etc. by means of a camera may contravene copyright, privacy, and/or other legal rights and interests of
others. In certain countries and regions, small aircrafts are banned from conducting any commercial activity.
• Flight Limits: Download and install the latest version of rmware to enable ight limits.
Flight limits include:
• Flight Restriction Zones:1. Flight restriction zones include but are not limited to airports worldwide, major cities/regions, and/or
temporary activity zones. Please consult the local aviation authorities about all local ight restriction zones
before ight. Make sure to comply with local laws and regulations during ight.
2. Flight restriction zones may be subject to different levels of ight limits, including but not limited to warning,
takeoff banning, ight altitude limits, and forced landing in ight restriction zones.
3. All ight-related functions will be affected to some extent when the aircraft is near or inside a ight restriction
zone. The effects include but are not limited to the aircraft slowing down, ight tasks unable to be set, and/
or a ight task in progress may be interrupted.
• Altitude Limit:1. Fly no higher than 120 meters or follow the ight altitude limits in your local country or region. Always avoid tall buildings.
2. If you intend to y above the default altitude limit, you are required to read and accept the prompted disclaimer in the app
in order to continue subsequent operations.
