Roast Chicken  Serves 4
1. Combine the Poultry Rub ingredients in a bowl and mix.
2. Rub the chicken with 3 tbsp. Poultry Rub. Place the chicken in the Fry
Basket (breast side down). Fill the Water Tank with water.
3. Press the Steam Button and cook at 212°F/100°C for 20 mins.
4. When the cooking timer is complete, remove the water from below the
Fry Tray. Press the Air Fry Button and cook at 350°F/177°C for 20 mins.
5. When the cooking timer is complete, ip the chicken over. Press the Air
Fry Button and cook at 350°F/177°C until the internal temperature of
the chicken reaches 165°F/74° C (about 15 mins.).
6. Let the chicken rest for 15 mins. before serving.
Tip: Any leftover rub can be stored in an airtight container for later use.
Poultry Rub
2 tbsp. crushed sea salt
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. granulated garlic
2 tsp. granulated dried onion
1 tbsp. ground thyme
1 tsp. mustard powder
½ tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
