FEATURES / BENEFITS
PPG TIMELESS Solid Color provides a beautiful, opaque finish that
allows wood’s texture to show through. Our premium formulation of
100% acrylic latex formula delivers maximum beauty and waterproof-
ing protection. Recommended for use on exterior wood decks,
fences, siding, railings, outdoor furniture and other wood surfaces.
Apply to new, dry, pressure-treated wood, uncoated new or weath-
ered wood, or wood previously stained or painted. Note: Surface
may become slippery when wet.

COVERAGE: Approximately 350 to 500 sq. ft. (32.5 to 46.5 sq. meters)
per gallon (3.78 L) depending upon wood texture.
Coverage figures do not include loss due to surface irregularities and
porosity or material loss due to application method or mixing.
DRYING TIME: Normally dries to touch in 30 minutes when applied in
optimal temperatures of 50°F (10°C) to 85°F (29°C). Allow 2 to 4 hours
between coats or before recoating. Application in high humidity or in
temperatures below 50°F (10°C) may prolong drying and recoating
times. Allow 24 to 48 hours of drying time before light foot traffic or
replacing furniture. Allow new stain to cure 30 days before washing.
CLEANUP: Clean brushes and tools with warm soapy water.
DISPOSAL: Contact your local environmental regulatory agency for
guidance on disposal of unused product. Do not pour down a drain or
storm sewer.

LIMITATIONS OF USE
FOR EXTERIOR USE ONLY. PROTECT FROM FREEZING.
Apply when air and surface temperatures are 35°F to 90°F (2°C to
32°C) and will remain above 35°F (2°C) for the next 24 hours. Avoid
application in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces. Caution: Avoid direct
skin contact with hot surfaces. It is not recommended to apply prod-
uct if rain is expected within 24 hours.
While this product provides a mildew resistant coating, growth may
still occur if the substrate is not properly prepared prior to painting
and/or if the substrate is consistently exposed to conditions con-
ducive to mold, mildew, and algae. Examples of these conditions
include, but are not limited to, under eaves, behind shrubbery and
trees, and in areas that are consistently damp with little to no direct
sunlight.
Not recommended for recently painted or sealed surfaces. Do not
use on plastic, rubber, asphalt, tile, vinyl, concrete or any non-porous
surface.
