FEATURES / BENEFITS
PPG TIMELESS Semi-Transparent/Semi-Solid provides a rich, semi-
transparent or semi-solid color that allows wood’s natural grain and
texture to show through. Penetrating formula provides waterproofing
and UV defense to strengthen and protect condition wood fibers,
helping to ensure the wood’s natural beauty lasts. Recommended for
use on exterior wood decks, fences, siding, railings, outdoor furniture
and other wood surfaces. Apply to new, dry, pressure-treated wood,
uncoated new or weathered wood, or previously coated wood with a
weathered, clear sealant or semi-transparent stain.

COVERAGE: Approximately 250 to 350 sq. ft. (23.2 to 32.5 sq. meters)
per gallon (3.78 L) depending upon wood texture.
Coverage figures do not include loss due to surface irregularities and
porosity or material loss due to application method or mixing.
DRYING TIME: Normally dries in 24 hours when applied in optimal
temperatures of 50°F (10°C) to 85°F (29°C). Application in high humid-
ity or in temperatures below 50°F (10°C) may prolong drying time.
Allow 24 to 48 hours of drying time before light foot traffic or replacing
furniture.
CLEANUP: Clean brushes and tools with warm soapy water.
DANGER - RAGS, STEEL WOOL OR WASTE SOAKED WITH PPG
TIMELESS STAIN MAY SPONTANEOUSLY CATCH FIRE IF IMPROP-
ERLY DISCARDED. IMMEDIATELY AFTER EACH USE, PLACE
RAGS, STEEL WOOL OR WASTE IN A SEALED WATER-FILLED
METAL CONTAINER.
DISPOSAL: Contact your local environmental regulatory agency for
guidance on disposal of unused product. Do not pour down a drain or
storm sewer.

LIMITATIONS OF USE
FOR EXTERIOR USE ONLY. PROTECT FROM FREEZING.
Apply when air and surface temperatures are 35°F to 90°F (2°C to
32°C) and will remain above 35°F (2°C) for the next 24 hours. Avoid
application in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces. Caution: Avoid direct
skin contact with hot surfaces. It is not recommended to apply prod-
uct if rain is expected within 24 hours.
While this product provides a mildew resistant coating, growth may
still occur if the substrate is not properly prepared prior to painting
and/or if the substrate is consistently exposed to conditions con-
ducive to mold, mildew, and algae. Examples of these conditions
include, but are not limited to, under eaves, behind shrubbery and
trees, and in areas that are consistently damp with little to no direct
sunlight.
Not recommended for recently painted or sealed surfaces. Do not
use on plastic, rubber, asphalt, tile, vinyl, concrete or any non-porous
surface.
