For PC Connection Properties, go to
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> PC Connection.
Storage Properties
Go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Storage Manager. In the Storage Properties,
user can manage the storage by formatting, dismounting or creating a new partition on it.
