Owner’s Manual Addendum

This addendum provides information about how to assemble the

C764 vertical handlebars. Please review all the steps before

assembling any parts. These instructions are written to ensure

your safety and protect the equipment.

Note: If you do not assemble and use the equipment according

to the following guidelines, you might void the Precor warranty.

Unpacking the Vertical Handlebars

The C764 vertical handlebars come equipped with everything

you need to assemble it and is shipped in the following pieces:

• vertical handlebars with bracket

• Nylock

nuts

• assembly instructions

Carefully unpack the pieces and lay them on the floor near the

location where you plan to use it. If any items are missing,

contact the dealer from whom you purchased the C764 or call

1-888-665-4404 to be connected to the dealer nearest you.

Assembly Instructions

The steps involved in the assembly of the vertical handlebars

differ depending on whether,

• you just purchased the C764, or

• you have a fully assembled C764 and wish to add the

vertical handlebars.

In either case, follow the steps on the next page. For an

unassembled C764, complete steps 1 through 4c found in the

C764 Owner’s Manual

Assembly Instructions. Then, before

threading the ribbon cable through the upper column support,

install the vertical handlebars by following steps 3, 5, and 6 in

this addendum.
