The essential kit for anyone looking to start their own TRX Rip™ Training
program. It includes a Rip™ Trainer with a medium resistance cord, Basic
Training DVD, full color reference guide, foam door anchor and nylon carrying
bag. This kit has everything you need to build dynamic, full body strength and
power. Innovative lever bar and resistance cord system yields a variable,
asymmetric load. Secures quickly to any secure anchor point. Includes medium
resistance cord, carry bag, basic training DVD, user guide, carabiner, safety
strap and door anchor.
