DUAL RESISTANCE HARNESS
Dual Resistance Harness for speed, stride 
power, and leg strength training! This harness 
lets you change running positions without 
removing belts. 1-piece harness has two 
3" wide waist belts connected by a 9' nylon 
strap. Waist belts accommodate up to  
48" waists and rest securely over the hips.

POWER CHUTE
Resistance and over-speed training during the same run. Training: Increase speed, explosiveness, 
and acceleration. The Power Chute provides both resistance and over-speed training to improve the  
2 key elements of speed: stride length and frequency. Chute opens during training runs for resistance 
and the Velcro belt allows for mid-stride release for over-speed training. Included: Adjustable belt with 
storage pockets (fits 20" to 42" waist).

POWER HARNESS
Increase the rate of force production and develop 
maximum leg drive for improved acceleration. This 
harness system uses partner-controlled resistance. 
It's suitable for short sprints, lateral shuffles, and 
explosive forward and backward movements. The 
Power Harness™ with Standard Waist Belt consists 
of a standard waist belt with a D-ring attachment 
that fits waist sizes 30" to 40". Also included are a 
padded tubular steel handle and a 10' nylon lead. The 
Power Harness™ with Shoulder Harness consists 
of a shoulder harness with two D-rings that fits up 
to a 56" chest. Also included are a padded tubular 
steel handle and a 10' nylon lead.
LEG SPEED BUILDER
Train specific running movements using this 
versatile device that develops the legs, hips, 
and glutes. Multiple ring positions on the 
adjustable foot straps let you isolate and develop 
the muscles in the lower body. Work 1 leg or  
2 at the same time. To apply resistance, secure 
the latex resistance tubing to a sturdy, fixed 
object or have a partner assist. Each 70" tube 
provides approximately 14 lb of resistance at 
100% elongation and 20 lb at 200% elongation. 
Unit includes 2 adjustable foot straps with  
3 attachment points, 2 tubes, and a nylon 
connecting strap.
PREDATOR BELT
Padded nylon waist belt with a sizable pad 
reduces cutting and discomfort during heavy 
resistance pulls by dissipating the force over 
a large surface area. 3 fixed D-rings allows 
attachment of leads to the back or sides so you 
can perform forward runs, back pedals, lateral 
shuffles, and other multi-directional drills. Fits up 
to 48" waist. Belt: 2"W. Pad: 19"L x 6"W x 1/2" 
thick. Red/Black.
