workout.
Controlled Metrics can be set and changed. They include:
Resistance Level (AMT, EFX, bike)
Speed (treadmill)
Incline (treadmill)
Crossramp (EFX)
Current Performance Metrics describe the intensity of a
workout in real time. They include:
Pace (treadmill)
Heart Rate
Speed (bike)
Revolutions/Minute (bike)
Strides/Minute (AMT, EFX)
Watts (bike)
Accumulated Metrics describe the overall performance
throughout the entire exercise session. They include:
Time Elapsed
Time Remaining
Distance
Calories
Time (bike)
Total Strides (EFX)
Average Speed (treadmill)
