BEFORE USE Inspect the product including its cable and plug for any signs of damage. If the product is damaged, DO NOT use it, and contact your supplier immediately. INSTALLATION Attaching the feet. Clip the front foot (the one with rounded corners) on to the metal plate at the front.

OPERATION Plug the mains lead into a 13 Amp mains socket. If connecting via an extension lead, make sure that the lead is rated at 6 Amps or more, and that it is fully unwound. Switch the unit on at the mains socket. Turn the Power Switch to the ON position. The power switch will illuminate. Unplug the heater from the mains when not in use. USING THE THERMOSTAT The thermostat can be use to regulate the room temperature. Turn both switches on (high heat), and rotate the temperature control fully clockwise.
MAINTENANCE Before cleaning, turn the heater off, and disconnect from the mains supply. The heater may then be cleaned using a damp cloth with a drop of washing-up liquid to remove any dust or dirt from the case. Do no use stronger detergents or solvents as these may damage the plastic. This heater is filled with a precise quantity of special oil. Repairs requiring the opening of the oil container are only to be made by the manufacturer or his service agent who should be contacted if there is an oil leak.
OPERATING COSTS At time of going to press, the average cost of electricity is £0.11 per unit (kilowatt-hour). The amount you are being charged will be shown on your electricity bill. At this cost, the EH0286 will cost £0.09 per hour to run with the thermostat set to its maximum. If the thermostat is used to regulate the temperature the operating costs will be lower, depending on the room temperature. DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING You must not dispose of this appliance with domestic household waste.
FAULT-FINDING If the EH0286 is not operating, proceed as follows: Check that the mains plug is firmly in the socket, and that the socket is switched ON. Check that at least one of the power control switches is switched ON. The EH0286 also has a overload protection device to prevent overheating. If this operates, disconnect the heater from the mains supply, and remove any objects on or adjacent to the heater that could have caused the overheating. Wait 10 minutes, and reconnect to the mains supply.
SERVICE WARRANTY Prem-i-Air guarantees the product free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve months. This Elite product is guaranteed for a further twelve months subject to the enclosed registration card being completed and returned to the address printed on it, or the registration form being completed on-line at www.prem-i-air.

FONCTIONNEMENT Branchez le cordon d'alimentation dans une prise murale Si vous utilisez une rallonge, vérifiez que le cordon est bien calibré à 6 Ampères ou plus et qu'elle est complètement déroulée. Allumez le radiateur en plaçant l'interrupteur sur la position ON. Le témoin lumineux de fonctionnement s'allumera. Débranchez le radiateur quand vous ne l'utilisez pas. UTILISATION DU THERMOSTAT Le thermostat peut être utilisé pour réguler la température de la pièce.
ENTRETIEN Avant de le nettoyer, éteignez le radiateur et débranchez-le. Le radiateur peut être nettoyé à l'aide d'un chiffon humide avec une goutte de produit vaisselle pour enlever la poussière ou la saleté. N'utilisez pas de détergents ni de solvants puissants car cela endommagerait le plastique. Ce radiateur est rempli d'une quantité précise d'huile spéciale.
COUT DE FONCTIONNEMENT Au moment où nous imprimons cette notice, le coût moyen de l'électricité en France est de 0,14€ par unité (kilowattheure). A ce prix, le coût moyen de fonctionnement de l'appareil est de 0,11€ par heure quand que le thermostat est réglé sur la position maximum.
DEFAUT DE FONCTIONNEMENT Si le EH0286 ne fonctionne pas, procédez comme suit : Vérifiez que la prise du radiateur est bien enfoncée dans la prise murale et que le radiateur est allumé. Vérifiez que le bouton du thermostat est activé. Le EH028 possède un système de protection en cas de surcharge électrique afin d'éviter un phénomène de surchauffe. Si cela arrive, débranchez le radiateur de la prise murale et enlevez tous les objets sur ou à proximité du radiateur qui pourraient avoir causé la surchauffe.
