BEFORE USE Inspect the product including its cable and plug for any signs of damage. If the product is damaged, DO NOT use it, and contact your supplier immediately. INSTALLATION Attaching the feet. Turn the heater upside down and place on a flat surface. Hook the U-shaped brackets between the first and second fins (from each end).
PRODUCT SAFETY • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. • Children shall not play with the appliance. • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. • Place the EH1369 on a firm flat surface.
OPERATION Plug the mains lead into a 13 Amp mains socket. If connecting via an extension lead, make sure that the lead is rated at 13 Amps or more, and that it is fully unwound. Switch the unit on at the mains socket. Move the 3-position switch on the timer to the "I" position Use the rotary power control switches on the side to select the required operation: • O = OFF • I = Low Heat (1100 W) • II = Medium heat (1400 W) • III = High Heat (2500 W) Unplug the heater from the mains when not in use.
Rotate the dial clockwise until the arrowhead at the right of the dial points to the current time. To use the heater in timed mode, it should be permanently connected to the mains supply. If the power is disconnected, the clock will stop. To operate the heater in timed mode, the three position switch within the dial should be in the centre position. If it is in the "I" position, the heater will be permanently ON. If it is in the "O" position, the heater will be permanently OFF.
If the mains lead is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorised service centre. If the mains plug needs to be replaced, proceed as follows: • Connect the brown wire to the terminal labelled "L". • Connect the blue wire to the terminal labelled "N". • Connect the green/yellow wire to the terminal labelled with the earth symbol or "E". • Make sure that the cord-grip is positioned correctly (over the outer sheath of the cable) and it fully tightened. PAT TESTING.
DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING You must not dispose of this appliance with domestic household waste. Most local authorities have specific collection system for appliances and disposal is free of charge to the end-user. When replacing an existing appliance with a similar new appliance your retailer may take the old appliance for disposal.

Placez l'interrupteur à 3 positions situé sur le programmateur sur la position ''I''. Utilisez le bouton de contrôle de puissance à 2 touches pour sélectionner le mode de fonctionnement souhaité : • Les deux interrupteurs sont éteints = OFF • L'interrupteur de gauche (I) est enclenché = Faible Chaleur (1100 W) • L'interrupteur de droite (II) est enclenché = Chaleur Moyenne (1400 W) • Les deux interrupteurs (III) sont enclenchés = Chaleur Elevée (2500 W) Débranchez le radiateur quand vous ne l'utilisez pas.
Déplacez le segment vers l'extérieur si le radiateur doit être allumé pour cette période de temps, vers l'intérieur et vers le centre du temporisateur s'il doit être éteint. Tournez la molette dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à la pointe de la flèche située à droite du cadran. Pour utiliser le radiateur en mode temporisé, il doit être branché en permanence. S'il est débranché, l'horloge s'arrêtera.
Ce radiateur contient une quantité précise d'huile spéciale. Les réparations nécessitant l'ouverture du réservoir d'huile doivent être faites uniquement par un technicien qualifié. Il est impératif de contacter un réparateur compétent en cas de fuite d'huile. Si le cordon est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par un technicien qualifié.
ELIMINATION ET RECYCLAGE Vous ne devez pas jeter cet appareil avec les ordures ménagères. La plupart des communes possèdent un système de collecte spécifique gratuit. Si ce n'est pas le cas, renseignez-vous auprès de votre mairie. Si vous remplacez l'appareil existant par un modèle similaire, le revendeur peut se charger du recyclage de votre ancien appareil. Lors de la mise au rebut de cet appareil de chauffage, suivez les lois en vigueur sur l'élimination de l'huile.
