Erasing a single entry
Press
in Standby mode.  Press or to scroll through the phonebook entries and find entry that you want to
delete.  Press
.  The display shows “Del?”.  Press once again to confirm.
EDITING A NUMBER AND NAME OF THE PHONEBOOK-MEMORY
Handset
Press until “Phone book” appears on the display.  Press .  Press until “Edit” appears on the display.  Press
.  Press or to find the entry that you want to change.  Press .  Change the name and press .
 Change the number and press
.  You will hear the current ringer melody and on the display appears “Ext Ring: X”.

to confirm.

Editing the name
Press
in Standby mode.  Press or to scroll through the phonebook entries and find the entry that you want to
change.  Press and hold
until the cursor starts to flash at the first character of the name.  Use to go to the position
where you would like to change a letter.  Press
to confirm.  Press to go back to Standby mode.
Editing the number
Press
in Standby mode.  Press or to scroll through the phonebook entries and find the entry that you want to
change.  Press and hold
until the cursor starts to flash at the first character of the name.  Press so that the last
digit of the number starts to flash.  Use to delete the wrong numbers.  Enter the correct number and press to
confirm.  Re-enter the first letter of the name and press
to confirm. Press to go back to Standby mode.
SETTING VIP NUMBERS IN THE PHONEBOOK
Handset
With this function, you can set a different ringer melody for VIP numbers. When you get a call from a VIP number, the phone will
ring with the matching melody that you have set.
