You can edit details of individual Pattern Steps with ATOM SQ. Select
a Pattern in Studio One and press the left or right arrow keys below
the screen encoder until you are on the Pattern: Steps page.
Next, tap an active step on ATOM SQ’s lower lane to select
it for editing. The knob functions are as follows:
Velocity. When selected, the Screen Encoder will change
the velocity of the currently selected step.
Repeat. When selected, the Screen Encoder will change
the amount of times a step is repeated.
Delay. When selected, the Screen Encoder will change the timing of a step
either earlier (negative amount) or later (positive amount) from the grid.
Probability. When selected, the Screen Encoder will change the probability
that a step will play (100% = always played, 0% = never played).
To add a new step in the sequence from this page,
press and hold a pad in the lower lane.
