FIFTEEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
TERMS OF THE WARRANTY
This limited warranty of Prestige Stone & Granite applies to flooring and surfacing
products manufactured or distributed by Prestige. The purchased product is
guaranteed to be free from manufacture and workmanship defects for a period of
fifteen years from date of purchase. Defect is defined as a deficiency in the
product’s ability to serve its purpose within the industry’s standard protocols.
Prestige Stone & Granite provides appropriate application instructions detailed on
all Prestige boxes and places of purchase. This warranty is deemed void if the
recommended applications are not followed.
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
All warranty claims must be reported immediately. All products must be inspected
prior to installation. After installation, Prestige Stone & Granite disclaims any
liabilities.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from customer misuse including negligence, physical, or chemical
abuse
- Defect due to installation
- Variation in technical specifications (thickness/color/shade), as they are
inherent due to the nature of the product and production process
TO MAKE A CLAIM:
1. Notify Prestige Stone & Granite upon immediate discovery of any defect within the
Warranty Period.
2. A Prestige Stone & Granite associate will examine the product for defect.
3. If defect is validated, Prestige Stone & Granite will notify the buyer. Prestige Stone &
granite reserves the right to corrective action in the form of repair, replace, or refund
the purchased product.
