Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Wear protective gloves and protective clothing. Response: IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. Call a POISON CENTER or doctor if you feel unwell. Take off immediately all contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse.

A serious potential effect of evacuation of stomach contents is aspiration pneumonitis, which may lead to noncardiogenic pulmonary edema. The patient should be observed for signs of lung injury if aspiration is suspected.
