PRIER Terms & Conditions of Sale
WARRANTY: PRIER Products, Inc. warrants the products offered to be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of
shipment under normal use and service, provided these products are installed
and used in accordance with the applicable instructions as issued by PRIER. Af-
ter receipt of the product at PRIER, we can, at our option, either repair, replace
or issue credit for any products determined to be defective after inspection. The
warranty does not apply to products that have been altered or repaired by oth-
ers. PRIER shall not be responsible for installation or labor charges of any kind.
PRIER is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
