PRIER Terms & Conditions of Sale
WARRANTY: PRIER Products, Inc. warrants the Diamond Series products (includ-
ing: C-108, C-134, C-144, P-164, 300M Series and 400M Series) offered to be free
from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the date
of shipment under normal use and service, provided these products are installed
and used in accordance with the applicable instructions as issued by PRIER. After
receipt of the product at PRIER, we can, at our option, either repair, replace or issue
credit for any products determined to be defective after inspection. The warranty
does not apply to products that have been altered or repaired by others. PRIER shall
not be responsible for installation or labor charges of any kind. PRIER is not respon-
sible for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
