State
State is to display the current state of the driver.
When the state is “Associated”, flow of operation in Infrastructure is normal, the PC is
connected to access point, BSSID is shown in the form of hex digits and Network is
available.
When the state is “Scanning”, the node is searching for available access point and it can
not detect the SSID for an access point within the range.
An error message may be displayed here for some reason the driver failed to initialize.
Rescan
Rescan allows the driver to restart and begins its connection procedure. Different
modes of the driver perform different connection procedure.
Infrastructure Mode
Non-stop scanning all available channels until it finds one or more Access Points that
matches its SSID and then, it will authenticate and associate with the Access Point.
