Warranty information for Item: E 2495
Prime-Line Products warrants this product against material defects and workmanship for 1 year from
the date of purchase and will refund the purchase price only. Claimant must provide copy of purchase
receipt and supply at their expense product for inspection at Prime-Line normal place of business.
Prime-Line Products makes no representation about the suitability of this product for any purpose, and
makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. Prime-Line agrees to replace or refund the purchase price only, and in no event will be liable
for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, (including but
not limited to lost profits, revenue, data, lost goodwill, cost of procurement of substitute equipment or
property incurred by you or any third party, arising from product failure. Use in a manner other than
intended invalidates this warranty.
