Maintenance
and cleaning
Never move the appliance whilst it is
switched on or is still hot. Switch off
the appliance, and wait until it has
cooled down before moving it.
Never immerse the thermostat in
water, or in other liquids. If this
happens do not use the appliance
again; for safety reasons, dispose of
the appliance.
Never use corrosive or scouring
cleaning agents.
After Use
(see Fig. 2)
1 Always remove the plug from the wall
socket and allow the appliance to cool
down completely before you clean it.
2 Remove any residues with kitchen
paper towel.
3 Clean the thermostat with a damp cloth.
4 You can clean the appliance in a
dishwasher or hot washing-up water.
Note: never immerse the power cord’s
thermostat plug in water; always clean
it with a damp cloth!
5 Dry the appliance thoroughly after
cleaning.
Make sure that the appliance’s
thermostat socket is completely dry
before you use it again!
6 Store the appliance and power cord in
the box. Save these user’s
instructions.
7 Store this Table Chef in a dry place, out
of the reach of children.
Never pour cold water onto the grill
plate; this will damage the grill plate,
and the water will boil and splash.

Use this appliance only as described
in these instructions.
Use this appliance only for domestic
purposes.
The use of this appliance by children
or persons with a physical, sensorial,

supervise the use of the appliance.
Make sure that children do not play
with the appliance.
Have any repairs carried out solely by
a qualified electrician. Never try to
repair the appliance yourself.
Always use the power cord and
thermostat supplied with this appliance.
Never use a power cord and thermostat
from another appliance.
Heat and electricity
Verify that the mains voltage is the
same as that indicated on the type
plate on the appliance before use.
Plug the appliance into an earthed
wall socket.
Always remove the plug from the wall
socket when the appliance is not in
use.
