baking plate.
Place the baking plate into the cooking 
compartment.
Press ”MODE” to select ”RISE”.
Press ”START/STOP” to start the process 
(50 minutes).
If the process is completed, press ”MENU” 
to select ”BAGUETTE”.
Press ”START/STOP” to start the process 
(30 minutes).
If the process is completed, a buzzer will 
sound to indicate the end of the process.

Place the bread pan into the cooking 
compartment.
Press ”MODE” to select ”DOUGH” and 
”RISE”.
Press ”SEL” to select ”CROISSANT”.
Press ”START/STOP” to start the process 
(45 minutes).
If the process is completed, a buzzer will 
sound to indicate the end of the process.
