Description

This test ensures that dialog normalization is turned on and functioning. Dialog normalization allows

the decoder to control the output level of the product based on metadata provided in the bitstream.

Method

Play track 62 and as soon as the track has started, click the

[OK]

button to start the test.

The test track contains a full-scale signal that is stepped down by 1dB every two seconds using Dialog
