8. PERFORMANCE PLOTS
8.1. Dynamic Range
Figure 19 shows a Dynamic Range plot of the AD-2 in A-D mode sampling at 96kHz.
Apart from its unrivalled dynamic range (measured as 130.70dB in the test above)
which ensures that the AD-2s noise lies well below that of any practical analogue
source, the AD-2 also has an exceptionally clean noise floor, free from spuriae and
interference components.
